Kalunga Wellness currently offers basic body alignment & balancing.consultations in nutrition, fasting, guided cleanses, health assessment, supplement testing, therapeutic bodywork, and Weight balancing programs (weight loss and weight gain can both occur when waste management is observed, Consultation sessions may include any of the following techniques or modalities:
- Applied Kinesiology - How muscular energy functions. Common uses of applied kinesiology: Detect and correct imbalances In body systems, alternative ways of using supplements, muscle testing, and some chiropractor use it as an indicator of a need for adjustments.
- Aromatherapy - The use of essential oils (fragrances from flowers) to support various healing processes. Common uses of essential oils include relief from aches and pains, minor cuts, bruises, headaches, and skin and scalp problems. Essential oils can also be used as a beauty aide or to support stress management and relaxation.
- Cranial Sacral - A non-invasive technique that works with the neural vascular system. It is a safe way to balance mind body and spirit. Although it is subtle it has a powerful effect on the client.
- Herbal Formulas - Medicinal plant-based Ingredients. Basic uses of herbs: Synergistic blends that improve body functioning. Improves the body's building and cleansing cycles. Serves as great sources of assimultable nutrition.
- NUTRITION- Substances that give energy to the various systems of the body, and supports the elimination of waste. We use fruits, grains, herbs, minerals, nuts, vegetables, and water as our primary source.
- Foot Detoxification-Promotes regeneration and fast healing, Increases blood flow, decreases joint stiffness, relieves muscles spasms, increases white blood cell function leads to pain relief, affects recovery of soft tissue injury
increases the extensibility of collagen tissue, promotes the growth of new hair, aids in weight loss, and improves immune system and over all health.
- Massage Therapy - a series of techniques that support body functioning. Common uses: aids the body in maintaining muscle and skin tone, joint maintenance, and increases lymphatic and blood flow thereby improving organ functioning.

Stress Management - Techniques used to support nervous system integrity, balanced mental and emotional states as well as sound decision-making, and sleep and rest patterns. We use Massage, Nutrition, Herbs, Kinesiology, Cranial Sacral, Aromatherapy, Mathematical Analysis (study of numbers as it relates to people, places, things and time), and Aromatherapy to reach harmonious balance.
